EVENT Venue: Sprowston Manor Hotel offers exceptional conference and meeting facilities with a bespoke hotel experience. A stately 16th-century English manor featuring the perfect blend of historic elegance and contemporary comfort. Situated close to the beautiful city of Norwich and the Norfolk broads, Sprowston Manor offers guests the opportunity to play an 18 hole championship golf course or to pamper in the on-site spa and heated indoor pool.

Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible with dedicated parking for those requiring assistance.
Parking: There is ample free parking on site and those guests wishing to leave their car overnight, returning to pick it up the next day, may do so without issue. Parking is free of charge.
Dress Code: Formal evening attire. Unfortunately, there are no facilities to accommodate those who may need to change on arrival, and are not staying at the hotel, other than the conference centre restrooms.
Wine Pre-order: There will be a wine station on the night that will take payment on the night and a well stocked main bar. The bars will be card only.
Dietary Requirements: All dietary requirements will be taken at point of booking; should any changes be needed, these will be accepted up to 4 weeks before the event. Unfortunately, any changes after this date will not be possible. All our guests will be served a 3-course set menu.
Event Timings: We invite our guests to join us at 6.15pm and be seated by 7.00pm. The event is due to finish at 1.00am.
Tables: Tables are of 10; please reference any seating preferences at time of booking. We will not necessarily know who your friends are so feel free to help us by adding the names of who you would like to sit with on your ticket booking form. This also includes where full tables have been booked by an individual – please list the names of all your invited guests. We will do our very best to accommodate any requests made.
